I'm a runner, mother, and engineer. I am a always working to improve myself and enjoy sharing what I find works and what doesn't work. I've completed marathons, half marathons, and various types of triathlons - including both a half and full Ironman.
I grew up in Chattanooga, TN and have always been active in outdoor sports but didn’t start running until I lived in Rochester, NY and joined the local Fleet Feet running group. The community of runners made running fun and I fell in love with distance running. Throughout the years, as I have gained experienced as a runner, I have been providing coaching and advice to friends and family – seeing them succeed prompted me to become a Level I certified running coach through RRCA.
I am happy to provide one-on-one coaching and group coaching for road running, trail running, and triathlons.
First, check your shoes - can you remember when you purchased your shoes? If it was over a year ago, then get a fresh pair! Plastic wears out over time - even if you don't use them.
